Thank you for shopping with S Milburn Designs LLC! Each item is handmade with care, and we’re excited to send it your way.


This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

 

Processing Times

All orders are handmade and typically ship within [X–Y business days] after payment is received.


Processing time may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or for custom orders.


You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on the site.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier’s schedule but generally ranges from 3–7 business days after dispatch.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

After a package leaves our studio and is accepted by the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.


If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.


We’re happy to assist where possible, but we cannot issue refunds for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Packaging

We package each order carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly or recyclable packaging materials.
