At S Milburn Designs LLC, every item is handmade with care. We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, please review our policy below.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at smilburndesigns@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
Please email smilburndesigns@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number.
If an exchange is not possible (due to fabric availability or one-of-a-kind items), we’ll offer a comparable replacement or refund.

Because our products are handmade, some items may not qualify for return or refund:
